Your First Visit

At De Graaf Chiropractic Clinic we strive to make you first visit a pleasant and productive experience. When visiting us for the first time, please bring a form of identification and your insurance card so we can get you checked in and with one of our chiropractors as soon as possible.

We accept most major insurance including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna and Humana. If you have any questions about insurance or our services one of the members of our staff would be happy to assist you.
